Here are the rules for the 2014
7 Rider team.
Number 1 must be rider with highest average.
Teams must go in average order high to low.
2 Lowest averaged riders must be at reserve.
2 Riders must be from the National League
3 Riders must be from the Premier League but only 1 rider can also have a spot in the Elite league
2 Riders must be from the Elite League
The team total of averages must not exceed a limit of 52.50.
Every Sunday morning results concerning each rider from a team will be posted to the group with updated team scores and after final meeting of season the winner will be announced.
Team managers must declare a rider with a 2 team spot which average and team they want to use before the next immediate meeting, for instance Ben Barker can ride for either Birmingham or Ipswich and then you must choose to use 1 of those 2 teams averages and weekly scores. So if you choose IPSWICH, he will be worth 9.83 and therefore only IPSWICH scores will count no matter what he does for Birmingham in Elite League.
If a rider gets injured or is away for a meeting for a reason, team managers can use a guest, below that riders CMA or can use R/R and choose 1 rider from your team also riding that night or is riding before Friday, and that riders scores can be doubled, but that rider must have lower average. Guest can only guest twice in one season.
A guest can be any rider BUT has to be riding that night, he cannot have ridden earlier in the week, so if Plymouth are hosting Somerset and Jason Doyle is away, you can use Ty Proctor as your guest, or Cory Gathercole or Alex Davies etc.
Averages do not change throughout season and once declared they don't change till 2014.
Team managers can make up to 5 changes per season but change must be certified by me or Elliot and they must keep within limit of averages.
If a rider from your team guest rides for another team (i.e Ben Barker guesting for Coventry or Poole) other than the team you declared him for (i.e Birmingham) then those points WILL count towards your total.
If a team promoter ditches a rider in a season and you are forced into a change then this will not count towards your 5 changes per season
You also must select a captain. The captain automatically qualifies for double points every week no matter if he guests or not. If your skipper is away however the the R/R doesn't get double points.
If you have any other queries please give me or Elliot a message and we will try and help you
